Dabl - a start-up lifestyle network!

Dabl is a network that was thought-up by the executives at CBS Media Ventures (which eventually went under Viacom and then the Paramount umbrella) to compete in the burgeoning FAST, streaming and diginet space. Though we had the backing of a huge in Paramount, we operated like a start-up and had a fierce “day one” approach to make sure the network succeeded.

I was hire #1 for all things social/digital, and come on as the network’s sole creative producer and managing editor, leading a scrappy team of talented video editors, graphic/motion designers and product staff. My challenge was to raise brand awareness and drive viewership of the network through organic social, but also monetize digital efforts wherever possible.

I led a team of editors, writers and designers to ingest data, identify viewing habits and create compelling content to super-serve our digital audiences with the content they want to see everyday. 

My contributions have resulted in a 329% and 185% YoY growth on Facebook and YouTube respectively, exceeding projections set by the team in a massive way.
