Candid Co. - Proving It Really Works
I led the production of organic and paid social content for Candid Co., a competitor to Smile Direct Club. Our efforts led to a 27% lift in inquiries for the service over the course of the campaign.
The challenge was to combat doubt and cost-of-entry for the $1,150 product. Our strategy was to use real people with real results, and double down on how much more affordable the Candid Co. approach is vs. a traditional braces plan from an orthodontist.
We flew in real customers for a video and photo shoot, and I worked closely with the client to secure a location for the photo and video shoot. Upon completion of production, I managed the design and motion and A/V teams to produce beautiful social stills, video and TV spots.
